Nosferatu Vlad could have been so much cooler.

And still could be, it wouldn't take much. Just make him completely black and white, and add a sort of grainy movie filter to him and his abilities. It'd look amazing, and fit the theme of the skin perfectly. Hell, you could even add an old low quality sounding filter to his voice. Wouldn't take too much of a change at all, and it'd be easily one of his best skins. I don't claim to know what it's like to change this stuff, but I can't imagine it'd be nearly as difficult as creating an entirely new skin. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong though, I'm just spouting ideas here.

Also, what are some other old skins that could use an update, and what should be done to them do you think?
