Ultimate/Legendary Gender Change Skins

Just a thought since characters are getting 3250RP skins with completely reworked animations, voice overs, etc....Why don't yall guys start making legendary or at least ultimate skins for champs that not only change the animations, but also the icon, gender, and voice.

I'm sure there are females who would pay 4k RP to have a female version of Lee Sin, Ezreal, etc, and males would equally enjoy having male versions of miss fortune (i know gangplank, but still..), morgana, katarina, etc.

If you wanted to test the waters with such a feature, you could post a list of all champions that you've considered for the first "operation" on the featured spot, and people could vote on the champ they would most like to see changed and when one reaches 50-100k votes or so, then you could put the champ under the knife and rest assured that you will be fiscally covered since that champion had had so many votes.

This would probably have to be limited in scope to Ultimate skins, due to all of the time and effort involved, or you could even add a new tier of skins for this feature at 4.5-6k for such a skin

I'm sure that Riot and company have already considered such a thing in the past, just wondering why not and if it will ever be introduced. Thanks!
