Kind of a yellow Brand and Ryze combination. Looks basically like the lighting guy from One Piece (Enel).
Lore:
There are few who have fought Arshash and lived to tell the tale. No one cows where he came from or who he is; his identity lost with the Watchers. All they know is that he is a god, and one to be feared. Having conquered the world, Arshash came to the League Of Legends, for glory, revenge and power. “I am a god. You, a mere mortal” - Arshash
Abilities:
Innate Passive - [God’s Wrath]:
Description: On death, Arshash does 10*(Champion Level) (+10% AD) (+10%AP) as true damage to all visible enemies (excludes monsters). Killing a champion using passive increases the duration of death by 2 seconds, champion assists using passive increase death duration by 1 second.

Normal Mode --Cost: 80/75/70/65/60 mana --Cooldown: 30 seconds --Range: 200 --Passive: Arshash’s wrath turns into lightning armour around him giving him an extra 20 attack damage (+25%AD), and 25% increased speed and armour. --Active: Arshash releases his lighting armour knocking enemies back and dealing 30 magic damage (+25%AP).
Golden God Mode --Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 health --Cooldown: 15 seconds --Range: 300 --Passive: Arshash’s wrath turns into lightning armour dealing 25% of damage taken back to target and stealing 10% health and mana. --Active: Arshash releases his lighting armour drawing enemies in and dealing 50 attack damage (+100%AD).
W - [Thunder/Storm]:
Normal Mode --Cost: 100/90/80/70/60 mana --Cooldown: 20 seconds --Range: 300 --Active: Arshash unleashes thunder on an area, slowing down enemies by 20% and doing 40 magic damage (+50%AP) damage each second for five seconds.
Golden God Mode --Cost: 90/105/120/135/150 health --Cooldown: 10 seconds --Range: 400 --Active: Arshash creates a storm, slowing surrounding enemies by 40% and doing 25/40/55/70/85 physical damage (+50% AP) (+50% AD) per second (AD is removed for champions, AP is removed for monsters).
E - [Lightning/Lightning Strike]:
Normal Mode --Cost: 50/45/40/35/30 mana --Cooldown: 10 seconds --Range: 400 --Active: Arshash creates a lightning bolt doing 20/22/24/26/28 physical damage (+25%AD) and pulling the target towards him (pull only works for champions).
Golden God Mode --Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 health --Cooldown: 5 seconds --Range: 500 --Active: Arshash calls on the skies and unleashes a six lightning bolts dealing 80/88/96/104/112 magic damage (+100%AP) to each enemy hit and stunning them for 0.5 seconds (stun doesn’t work on monsters).
R - [Golden God]:
Cost: 100/80/60 mana per second (requires minimum 50% maximum health to activate) Cooldown: 200 seconds Active: For 20 seconds, all Arshash’s abilities have reduced but use health instead of mana. Arshash also gains 30% movement speed, 30% attack speed, 30% attack damage, 30% armour but loses 30% health regeneration, 30% magic penetration and 30% ability power. Killing a champion with an ability increases the duration by 5 seconds, while assists increase the duration by 3 seconds. Being killed in Golden God mode increases Arshash’s Passive by 100% i.e 20*(Champion Level) +20%Ad + 20%AP.
