Arcade Vel'koz!

(This is my first post, so sorry if I seems really amateur... ; ; )

So I was thinking, Velly Velkoz could use a new skin. So I came up with an Arcade Vel'koz concept, cause you know, lasers and dubstep and pixels. I know that the drawings themselves aren't that good, they're more of a proof of concept if anything. Because the art isn't too clear, here's what I imagine this skin as.

Vel'koz is pretty much a big arcade machine with giant speakers on his sides (for his dubstep laser, of course). His eye is a CRT TV with a big pixel eye, and his tentacles are also just big masses of pixels. I was thinking that his eye would change color, let's say from green when idle, and then other varying colors depending on his ability (the one he casted last). He tendrils would also change color, just like his eye.

Sooo, his abilities. Q: His Q is a large pixel shot forward. It'd split with little explosion effects and an 8-bit whir SFX in the background. Nothing too special here.

W: His W would be replaced with an orange and blue rift (reference to Portal if you didn't get that already.) They'd be pixelated, and their second burst of damage would shoot a pixelated mess out. Maybe an pixel version of a champion, but that'd probably put this skin in legendary tier.

E: Vel'koz would throw pixels onto the ground, and they'd shoot up like the bars of a music equalizer when the knock up is in effect. A drum kick would be good for this one, considering the whole music part.

And finally, his R: His R would be a large rainbow laser, pixelated of course, and his speakers would thump out a hearty bass drop. He'd also throw his tendrils forward INTO the beam (because they're pixels too), rather than holding them back and channeling them.

For his taunts: CTRL+1: Vel'koz plays on himself saying "Gaming requires good tentacle eye coordination."

CTRL+2: Not a clue yet, suggestions?

CTRL+3: Like Battlecast Cho'gath, Vel'koz could play a beat with his speakers. His original dance could stay the same, or maybe make it http://media.giphy.com/media/gSJfzjAfRUCly/giphy.gif

CTRL+4: Just a laugh, any ideas would be cool though.

So yeah, that wraps this up. Feedback and such would be really appreciated .

Interesting. I think Vel'Koz would be a nice fit for the next arcade skin. Would buy, bc I like Vel'koz. :3

His eye should shouldn't just be a rectangular pixel. I feel like it should make reference to certain well-known arcade characters. For example, whenever he rolls his eyeball up his eyeball should become Mario (of course it wouldn't look exactly like him) jumping up.

Though that might be too much.
