Highlights being able to be viewed publicly

So, I was trying to show my friend one of my penta kill highlights that I made, I told him to go to my profile on league and click on the 'highlights' tab to see my highlights, but alas, they are not viewable to other summoners. It would be super cool if I was able to set my highlight content to 'public' (or something along those lines) to let my friends see the cool clips that I have, and plays that I have made that were cool and/or funny.

I'm sure it was a goal at some point, but probably low on Riots list.

You can do it yourself with google drive or something. Go to the folder that contains the file and upload it send the link to your friend and.... voila public!
