Sgt of the guard (champ concept)

Idea for a champ. Role: top laner, that's not juggernaut. Deals ad damage and ap Name: lash, the seargent of the guard Lore: The prisoners new him only as seargent of the guard. He was thresh's right hand man. That is until thresh was murdered by his prisoners. The sgt was next in line. He fought as many prisoners as he could, tossing hornets nest grenades and lashing out with his whip at anybody who came near him. Avast, he did not succeed. He was killed just as thresh was, and arose just as he has. He has come to take his vengeance on anyone who comes in his way. Passive: still in progress Q: lash (whip attack in a cone or straight line. Applies bleeding.) W: hornets nest ( tosses a grenade that does damage and slows, doing ap damage) E: guards fury (passive: increases movement speed with level. Active: when activated, increases attack speed.) R: time for a floggin (grabs a single enemy and roots them while striking them doing true damage.)
