New Champion Idea, Genie.

I don't have a picture for it or anything but me and my boyfriend were talking about a new champion idea. We were discussing Robin Williams and how he was the Genie, then it hit us. A Genie Champion with witty lines. His attacks had smoke, glitter and silly transformations. And his ult, he would turn into a huge genie that becomes evil with red smoke that swirls around him and damages champions. And when he b's, he would poof into his lamp and go back to base. I don't know what any of you would think about that, but I find it would be a great new addition. Obviously he would be AP. Sorry if this discription isn't well written. It's my first time on a forum. But seriously Riot, I think it would be amazing to have a champion like this.
