Ice Cream Seller ( or just Ice Cream) Dr. Mundo he is costumed as an ice cream seller with a hat obviously Q- has and throws a spoon for ice cream W- 3 Ice Balls arround him E- Has a Ice cream ball on the spoon and has buff on his hands ( i prefer pink colour or blue but you choose) R- Gets crazzy from the sugar.
