Dreamstealer/ Dream King Vladimir

So I was thinking about how cool it would be for Vladimir to have a Labyrinth inspired skin. Since it's Labyrinth's 30th anniversary this year and sadly the year of Bowie's passing, I'm finally gonna post some concept for it.
