It's PROJECT Ekko...sorry dude :/ I like Ekko better though.

Unfortunately it's definitely Ekko. The League of Legends Facebook page put up a gif that shows their silhouettes, so there's little speculation to be had now;

I feel like Project Riven would delve too close to Arcade Riven, and as such they won't do a PROJECT skin for her
