Vance, Champion Idea

Yes, the lore is quite long, i didnt know where to end it. Please comment on your ideas, i would love to know if i should send this to Riot or not.

His weapon is made up of two halfs, one called "Claw"(because it looked like one) and the other half looks like teemo's weapon, and is called "Senture". The claw is melee and is only used for abilities, while the other is ranged and is used for basic hits and his W. For his E and W, the claw he uses is a mini version(kinda like kata's bouncing blade).

Primary Role: Marksman Secondary Role: Mage (Could also go fighter)

 Passive: Using abilities marks the target for 3/4/5/6 seconds (levels 1/6/12/18). 

Vance and his allies deal bonus 5/15/30/50 physical damage (does not scale with AD).

Q-Claw Hunger: Vance stretches out his claw, pulling everyone in a narrow short range,

and dealing 50/60/70/80/100 (+0.3) physical damage.

W-Hunting Strike: Preparing his claw, Vance shoots it in a narrow line, dealing 60/70/80/100/120 (+0.6) physical damage

to the first enemy hit. If the target is marked, the damage is dealt in an area, dealing 20/30/40/60/80 (+0.1) bonus physical damage to the target and nearby enemies. Marked enemies near the marked target get damaged 20/30/40/50/60/80 (+0.1) bonus physical damage.

E-Catapult: Vance places a catapult trap. Enemies that step on the trap get slightly knocked back, dealing 10/20/30/40/50(+0.7) true magic damage over 2 seconds.

R-Dark Thrust: Vance throws his claw on to the floor, shooting itself to a target enemy champion. Any enemy in its way will be knocked aside, dealing 30/70/120 (+1.0) magic damage. Once the claw reaches its target, it knocks the enemy up, dealing 200/350/500(+0.5) physical damage.

Lore: Vance, a young Demacian warrior, was once a run-away, from a land no-one has ever heard of. He knew nothing of trust, but the wise men of Demacia trusted him like a son. Being experienced with war, he had been a life saver to many of those who now pray for him.

 A few years after his joining the army, Vance went on a hunting journey to repay all those who fed him from starvation. Not a moment until he noticed himself wrapped up in a cloth in the middle of the Noxian territory. The Noxians knew who he was, a little boy on the outside, but a fierce hunter on the inside.

Vance was taken to be trained, and slowly hypnotized to join the Noxians. Months and months passed with his training by the same warrior. However, he didnt feel any change. The trainer, one day, finally spoke up when no one was near, admitting that he is actually against the Noxians.

This trainer has actually been planning an escape for Vance the whole time, and finally figured out the perfect route. As he was explaining it to Vance, a powerful blade-owner entered the tent, catching the warrior by the neck and slowly getting the blade closer to executing him. Vance didnt know what to do, so he turned around and ran as far as he can go, with tears filling his face. He never even got to know his saviors name.

After several days of living in the woods, Vance, with his newly carved weapon, the "Claw and Senture", planned vengeance of his trainer, and set out in search of the so-called "Sinister Blade". No one has ever heard of Vance after that day.
