New Custom Skin Idea For League

So basically xXDogeKnightxX and CptKados has came up with an idea of making your own custom skins, I understand that riot is removing custom skins soon but this will be a good idea thats should be fun and make a lot of profit. Basically everyone can buy a thing where they can design their own custom skin, they can change the colour, special effects and maybe the sound of the voice. Players should be able to purchase this for every champion for around the price of a legendary skin, I understand that there are going to be a lot of problems about this idea but i hope that this will develop into a actual thing in the game.
