New concept of how to deal with the players who go afk
Hey guys, I'm going to introduce you to a whole new concept of how to deal with the players who go afk, punish the losing team with the afk less if the game is abandoned, but at the same time it won't penalize the winning team..
The current system leads to dissatisfaction, where everyone is punished, but this can be changed. Currently it's like this, one player goes away and the team plays a 4 against 5, which is not fun. Thus 4 players are punished from the point of view of the player who leaves the game. Currently, when a player goes AFK, there is always someone who does not want to give up, although the chance is so small to win, so the time investment is not worth it. From now on we'll go into the current system. **One player goes afk -> 5 players are disadvantaged. These 4 players have two options from now on,
- to play it, invest time with a low probability of success.
- also afk go and thus also be doubly punished. Penalty on the part of Riot and LP lose. With my concept it looks like this, A player goes afk -> 1 players are disadvantaged, and this is only the one who leaves the game.**
An example: Ingame Time: 10:00 Gold: The red team has x more gold than the blue team. Now a player goes afk from the blue team. Now it is a 4 against 5 and a gold difference of x. If x>0, the chances to win are very low, from this point on there should be a possibility to stop the game. But with a lower penalty for the 4 players who suffer from the situation without having done anything bad themselves. Now 5 players from the Blue Team LP and one of them may lose a penalty from Riot, but does that really have to be the 4 innocent players punished? No.
Ingame Time: 10:00
-> The red team has x gold more than the blue team.
-> A player from the Blue Team goes afk.
-> The red team has 1 player more,
= chance of winning strongly increased
-> The Red Team has more than 1500 Gold more than the Blue Team
= chance of profit greatly increased (variable increase due to quantity of gold.
**Once there are 2 factors for a strong increase in the chance of winning, the game is lost in 90% of all cases and no longer worth playing.
In this scenario, however, Team Blue has received too much punishment in this scenario, high LP Loose + lost time.
A command must be introduced e.g. "/afk" with which a player can end the game WITHOUT VOTE for all if a player is AFK for x minutes.**
**Players from blue team finish the game with the command "/afk".
-> the winning team should get the LP, which they get on average in a winning game.
-> for the losing team it should be like this
-> The player who leaves Afk shall receive the full penalty. MMR & LP Loose. From the 3rd game in a week which he goes afk then 200% MMR
& LP Loose.
-> No MMR Loose for the other players.
-> x% less LP Loose than your average loss in one game.**
