[Champion Concept] Daeda, The Prototyper
Author's note: The specifics of damage/cooldowns, etc. is pretty rough without any actual testing, which I, of course, can't do. Keep that in mind when you comment or vote
Author's note: The new themed resource for Daeda, Charge, may need additional tuning. I've included this since mana didn't fit thematically, and I felt that this would best suit Daeda's particular "needs." (Weak early game, spells hold a more defensive value and a lower resource pool and regen rate would help to put some weight on using spells)
Basic concept: Daeda, The Prototyper Human (Could be yordle, would fit theme), inventor.

Abilities:
Passive: Unstable Power Core Daeda has invented completely new technology, but, in her excitement, hasn't fully tested it yet. Daeda's abilities have a slight chance (10/35/50/65/80/95%, at levels 1/4/10/13/16/18) to create ANOMALIES on impact with enemies. Her abilities can interact with these anomalies in different ways. Anomalies act as objects which can be seen by both allies and enemies, but not destroyed or interacted with in any other ways, expect by Daeda's abilities. Anomalies decay and disappear after 5 seconds. New anomalies can only be created every 2 seconds (A sort of cooldown, per say). [Note to self: Anomalies may need to be lessened, either by increased time between spawns or by less chance to spawn, perhaps both).
Implement "Misfire Mechanic?" Add slight chance to take damage when using abilties at early levels?
Interactions - Q - Energy Cannon: Each energy wave that collides with an anomaly creates a small explosion with a radius of 75. Explosion damage scales with the rank of Energy Cannon at 50/50/65/65/80 magic damage.
W - Scan Visor: Nearby anomalies are drawn toward the targeted enemy champion from within a radius of 350 for the duration of Scan Visor's effect.
E - Propulsion Boots: Anomalies within a radius of 200 will cause a large shockwave, passing through all enemies, stunning them and dealing damage based on the range of Propulsion Boots at 70/75/80/85/90 magic damage
R - Concussive Blast: When the beam from Concussive Blast passes through anomalies, it consumes them, adding an additional 70/90/110 magic damage per anomaly, capping at a bonus 330 magic damage.
Q: Energy Cannon: Daeda fires a series of shockwaves from her arm cannon. -Cost: -Cooldown - 15 Seconds
- 3/3/5/5/7 waves of energy are fired in a long cone about 225 units wide at maximum range, and about a range of 650 units. Each wave does 40/50/60/70/80 damage + (50% of AP) magic damage, with a is a 0.5 second delay in between each wave. -Daeda fires in the original targeted position for the duration of the cast time/channel, but can move as she fires, only more slowly as she need to focus her fire (10% slow). Total cast time = (2.75/2.75/4.75/4.75/6.75)
-Each energy wave counts as a single projectile and moves through the ability's conical area from where Daeda was standing when the energy wave was fired.
-Activating the ability again will cancel the channel, stopping all future energy waves from being fired.
-Unstable Power Core - Shockwaves that collide with anomalies create small explosions, doing additional magic damage to enemies within the radius.
W: Scan Visor: Daeda uses her helmet's visor to scan enemy champions, searching for potential weaknesses -Cost: -Cooldown: ~20 seconds Passive - Once every 4 seconds, if Daeda damages an enemy champion with an anomaly, she is refunded for 10 Charge. -Daeda's subsequent damage on her target will be increased by 2/3/4/5/6% and slow them by 5%. Effect lasts for [4] seconds.
-Unstable Power Core - Anomalies will gravitate towards the scanned champion for the duration of the effect.
E: Propulsion Boots: Daeda uses her new footwear to launch herself a short distance, leaving behind a burning area and slightly knocking back enemy champions upon landing. -Cost: -Cooldown: -Daeda can choose to launch herself a maximum of 500 units, igniting the area under her launch zone within a radius of 275 units. This burning area slows all enemies by 15% and deals 12/15/18/21/24 (+30% Ability Power) while enemies are within the zone. -Daeda also knocks enemies nearby her (within a radius of 200) back for 0.5 seconds.
-Unstable Power Core: If Daeda launches herself with an anomaly within a radius of 200, she causes a shockwave. This shockwave is emitted in a radius of 500, stunning enemy champions for 1.25 seconds and dealing 80/90/100/110/120 (+65% AP). This shockwave functions like the energy waves from "Energy Cannon" and activates other anomalies in a similar fashion.
R: Concussive Power: Daeda channels pure energy from her power source into a concentrated beam. -Cost: Varied, Depending on Channel Time taken. -Cooldown: 130/110/90 -Daeda stops moving, channeling her Charge into a concentrated blast. The damage and size of this blast is based on the amount of Charge depleted. This blast acts as a fast moving projectile, which passes through enemy champions, but deals less damage to subsequent targets (15% less per enemy, down to a maximum reduction of 45%).
-Charge minimum is 30 charge, and a maximum of 100 charge. Damage is equivalent to ([Charge Drained]*1.25/1.5/2 + 75), for a minimum of 112.5/120/135 (+40% of AP) an a maximum of 200/225/275 (+80% of AP).
