Game Mode Idea

I've always been fascinated by the idea of a champion who has abilities that alter the way other players view them and while I was thinking about this I thought that it would be really fun if there were a new game mode where you can't see other players' health. There would obviously be more to the game mode than that, but I think it's a cool concept.
