XxxKarma1 votesThe Kindred is actually 1 person. It's ONE entity that was split in two. Ultimately it's one unit with two separate physical representations of HIS personality. The Lamb represents a female entity of his personality (the weak side) and the wolf is a male representation of his darker stronger side. However the unit is ultimately male. The Lamb's voice is female yes but as stated even in the teaser HE WAS LONELY so he SPLIT HIMSELF in two.

Quinn is the name of the human champion specifically, rather than the unit. So she is called a she, but it's not like Kindred because Kindred is not an individual, but Quinn is an individual (kind of like the difference between Mr. President and a bunch of presidents). Besides, everyone refers to Quinn as a her and Valor as a he whenever they come up in conversation. Nobody calls Valor a "she" or "her."

Valor is a dude, and something something about Quinn's brother.
Also, common sense. You wouldn't call two girls a "her" in front of them, since there are plural girls. You call Quinn a girl, you call Quinn and Valor a they. Since Quinn is called Quinn (unliked Kindred who is not called Lamb as a champion title), you can get away with calling Quinn a her without needing to reference Valor unless you're talking about balance and not Quinn the character herself.

Tahm Kench will be the most recent champion to be permitted for play at any stage during Worlds.

World's doesn't use the live patch. Over the course of the next several weeks, they will use 5.18 on special offline servers. We will continue to get balance changes, reworks, new champions, etc. in that time.

They found a bug where Wolf would leave until Kindred died, meaning no W and no E in that time frame. Seeing as that would severely negatively impact people wanting to play them, they had to delay Kindred until that was fixed. The timing of when they could have hotfixed it was too close to when the next patch would come out anyway, and since there's a danger you'll break something else with a hotfix they delayed Kindred to 5.20.
Besides, people buying Kindred and her release skin makes Riot money, while people staying at home watching esports does not. Which do you think the company would focus on?
Chåsè1 votesActually both are a contributing factors into riots income. Regardless of that fact I suggest you don't snap at everyone who is sharing their opinion on the internet. Otherwise you will have a lot of work ahead of you. Also, the kindred skin is one of the lowest rated skins in the game so that isn't going to support Riot much.
