Skin Idea - Frozen Zyra
This skin would look SICK on
Passive - Little chunks of ice covered plants
Q - Snow covers the ground and plants sprout up
W - Same as passive ( just a little bluer to tell diff. )
E - Ice raveling in a target direction
R - Starts snowing in an area Ice plants sprout to sides and knock them up
Hope you like the idea :D
( I'm bad at drawing so if someone would like to draw this that would be incredible )
