No. Sun Wukong is a Chinese fictional character from an old story. Son Goku is the name they gave him when the story made it's way to Japan. Akira Toriyama loosely based his character Goku off the old story, namely the monkey motif, flying cloud, and magic staff. By the time we get to DBZ the character of Goku is so far removed from Sun Wukong that the association may as well not even exist.
LoL's Wukong is already a far more accurate depiction of the character, as he also includes the stone skin, ability to create clones, and of course being an actual monkey.
If anyone should have a DBZ skin, it would be Ezreal. I've been lobbying for "Dragon Fighter Ezreal" for years, but it's never gonna happen.
More like Dragonball than Dragonball Z. Goku becomes less and less like the Monkey King the further into the storyline he goes. But yes, I would definitely love a Dragonball related skin on Wukong!
Not until we get a Sailor Moon skin for Lux.
