Me and 2 of my friends want the iron icon and stuff at the end of the season so are we allowed to enter 10 twisted treeline ranked games and basicly afk or int every game so enemy team wins`?????

Don't risk it. Intentional AFKing and intentionally feeding are against the rules, and both ruin the experience of the opposing team. Also, posts like this are better suited to Gameplay or General Discussion.
You can cuz its not punished. You're safe.
Dont listen to the other guy. It's not against the rules.
