New AD Champion Concept

I just had an idea and I had to share it! What if there was and AD Caster whose abilities all scaled off of AD and do physical damage. But the catch is his/her AA's don't scale with AD and they do magic damage. So it's basically a reverse mage. And his/her autoattacks are (almost) useless like a mage so that they won't be too OP, because his abilities are all really strong!

That would be pretty cool, right? What do you guys think??
