New xin skin made for lootcrate?

Think we may be getting this in our loot crate guys so wait if you're a sub for the crate. I mean covert ops is the theme, and this came out 2 -3 days before we are getting it. What do you guys think? Made for loot crate, along with them, or just really really weird cowinkydink?
