new taric skin? also in need of a visual update.. ty :)

They wont come out with any new skins for Taric till after or with his rework. And that wont be until they rework poppy.

T_T i want a rework where he isn't the "butt" of the joke, no pun intended. No hate on his live self, but I'd like to be able to play a version without his.... flamboyancy in the community, i think i am looking for. I want taric to feel powerful as a tank, not a "hey ezreal ;) " kind of champion.

The Taric rework has been stated that it is most likely to come out either later this year, or early next year.
