Galio should be OP

So I wanted to get Galio. Wanted to be a cool and hip kinda guy. Turns out the legends are true. He is real bad. He should, NO, he DESERVES to be a badass champion. I picture Galio as the gargoyle watching over Gotham City; however, he is merely a lawn gnome when you compare him to other champions. Riot, this is my cry for help. Please buff this beautiful creature and help me take league by the horns and hump it into submission. I can hear it now through the alleys and streets of Gotham (Demacia)... "Galio OP."
