New Thresh Skin

So i have come to a conclusion that Thresh is a dangerous support. His slows and grabs with his hook give so many kills. Seeing as how he uses a hook-like weapon, i figured why not make a skin for thresh, "Captain Hook". Yes i know its a Disney character, but it would be so perfect for his hooks! I would love to hear the feedback please :D

His hand could be his hook and when he goes to throw his hook its the same (wind up his arm then throw) but it comes out of his hand.
