I can't be the first person who thought of this, but this is such a cool idea i had to post it. For a legendary anime based skin , SG rumble's abilites didnt match that well with the concept besides the E. In this case, an Irelia skin based off of Archer from fate/stay night fits incredibly well with the champion lore and skill wise. The only real issue is that Irelia uses 1 blade instead of two, but this could be fixed by either having her alternate which blade she attacks with (and criting with both), or just using Kanshou or Bakuya.

Q - Irelia preforms a dramatized dash W - Irelia reinforces her weapons (green glow) E - Irelia projects a shield to bash her opponent, possibly braums R - Irelia projects the weapons of 4 League champions to throw. In a given game, when Irelia comes within a certain distance of an ally or enemy champion with a physcial weapon, she adds them to her collection to be randomly called on whenever she ults. If she has none in storage then she projects geneic looking swords.

The story behind this skin has insane potential. You could take a paralell world, where Irelia is faced with the exact same situation at Great Stand of the Placidium. At the brink of death, she prays for the power to save Ionia. The scene then cuts to a mysterious entity that promises to give her the power she desires in exchange for her "life". She agrees to it, and instead of levitating the giant sword she destorys the noxian army with the projected weapons and abilties of the future champions. Afterwords she becomes the same kinda of entity as bard, one who show up to save the world when it approaches destruction.
