Passive - Catching up - You get more moment speed when moving against a enemy 5%-20% when the enemy is below 25% health the movement speed doubles Q - Jumping heights - Passive you get 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% more ad. Active - You jump onto a enemy stunning them for 1s/2s/3s/4s/5s W - Lick - You lick the target slowing them 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% and reducing there damage 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% for 1s/2s/3s/4s/6s E - Cuteness overload - You start playing around with yourself, what makes the enemy want to come near you for 1s/2s/3s/4s/5s R - Howl of the pack - You howl for other dogs to come help you each dog deals 50ad/100ad/150ad and are around for 1s/3s/5s the longer you howl the more dogs come, up to 3 dogs, howl lasts to 3s

The dogs from the ult can be some random dogs maybe even like alistar in the pug costume and nasus, but it's your choice riot if you want to make this champion.
