I know we have few options for like places where we can play that corelates with the map. Can we have more? Like for Ionia it could like a traditional area with cherry blossoms in spring time and few building? Could split in half nature and half town. Demcia (sp) could be this big city with a bright white or grey and fight in the city. Shrima (sp) could be something like Egypt. It can be have different objectives or different team amounts like a 4v4, a 6v6, 2v2.

Shurima already has a map - Ascention.
I think Riot has said they don't want to push hard for other maps as a common thing, although they've shown they're willing to do them for rotating game modes. So if you found a good game mode that fits into those maps, absolutely!
If the goal was just another main map experience (like HotS and it's multiple maps), it's probably not likely.
That said? I think the stories around Demacia / Freljord / Ionia / etc. could lead to some really creative rotating game modes if you found the right mechanical hooks for the gameplay!
