Proposals to help Udyr

Hi there ! I'm not an Udyr player, played him a couple time and it was so bad I deleted my account to not let anyone knows, but he's kinda cool. I mean : he is a shaman, he knows the Frejlord God and his master / best freind is a blind monk. But he feels outdated. He relate only on basic attacks and movement speed, he use to did great but know with all the new champs that can dash, pass trought walls, be invisble or can just CC him as long as they want...
First look at his kit, pretty simple but yet not so bad : passive offers him MS and AS, Q is offensive with a good mono-target AD burst and AS, W is defensive with a shield and regen, E is a gank set-up with MS and a stun and finally R is for pushing and cleaning jungle camps with 2 AP AOE. Lot of stuff for diverses situations but by being only basic attack relevant and with no more than his E to setup ganks he struggle to be part of the meta.
Here are my Idea : **Passive - Shamanic instinct ** Monkey's Agility : Enterting a stance grants Udyr 10% Attack Speed and 5% Movement Speed for 5 seconds . This effect can stack up to 3 times. _[new] Way of the Spirits_ : Udyr's stance mana costs decrease by 1 each time he levels up. Starting at lvl 16, Udyr's abilities can gain a 6th rank. At level 6, maxing an ability up to 4 levels offer an active (activable by keep pressing the spell, think about the way Warwick connect to his target with his Q)
Q - Tiger Stance Persistent Effect: Udyr's first attack and every third attack after will perform a Tiger Strike, dealing bonus physical damage over 2 seconds. If the target is affected by Tiger Strike, a new application of Tiger Strike will deal the remaining damage instantly. Activation: Increases Attack Speed for 5 seconds. [new] Tiger spirit: By letting the Tiger take full control of his mind Udyr can smell the nearest prey, offering true vision on it. Releaving a Champion offer to Udyr's first attack to deals physical damages based on his target max health. (short range)
W - Turtle Stance **Persistent Effect: **Udyr's first attack and every third attack after heals him, increasing by 1% for every percent of Udyr's missing health. **Activation: ** Gain a shield that absorbs damage for 5 seconds. [new] Turtle spirit: By letting the Turtle take full control of his mind Udyr gain tenacity on hard control, but he still can be slowed.
E - Bear Stance Persistent Effect: Basic attacks stun the target for 1 second. This effect cannot occur on the same target again for 5 seconds. Activation: Increases Movement Speed and ignore unit collision. [new] Bear Sprit: By letting the Bear take full control of his mind Udyr loose his mobitily and can charge foward, if he hits a target he reduce the armor and magic resist of this one by a percentage base on the distance traveled. (short distance, Q Sejuani size, can be blocked by minions)
R - Phoenix Stance Persistent Effect: Udyr's first attack and every third attack after burns enemies in front of him, dealing magic damage. Activation: Unleashes pulsing waves of fire, dealing magic damage each second to nearby enemies for 4 seconds. [new] Phoenix Spirit: By letting the Phoenix take control of his mind Udyr summons the spirit by his side, the spirit gain Udyr AP and Mana stats casting Phoenix Stance Persitant Effect every time it attacks. (dealing half the damages, the spirit dies if his health or mana get to low, he doesn't follow Udyr and can't be controled but follow the first ally minion he encounter, resurrecting once if he dies)
You can use more than one spirit at the time, their CD work the same way as Udyr's abilities does. And they're all independent from the first spell, the CD of a spirit won't affect the ability it came from. I tryied to offer him some news possibilities without making him overpowered, hope I did well.
