They claim that this would hurt clarity as people would be confused as to which one is a teemo and which one is a shroom. However, I think that's a pretty stupid argument. I never mistaked a Draven ward for a real DRAAAAVEN or a minion for a Veigar. The difference in size and health bar should be enough to distinguish them.
Also, this drawing is amazing. I love how the shrooms still have a shroom shape but with a teemo hat instead and how Teemo looks like he has a shroom suit on. It's a very realistic representation of this idea.
This skin will break the game and cause me to lose everytime because then I'd be forced to step on the shrooms as they are Teemo
They really do need to make Reverse skins a skin line like how they took the "definitely not" skin 
had and made it into a line of skins... which kinda dropped the ball on

and instead of "poof" they produce teemo laugh when you step on it
