Passive
Rage Gene
While in combat Ja'tell generates rage over time. At maximum rage the next time Ja'tell takes damage he can take no more and unleashes his rage on the world breaking the chains that bind him gaining survivability, tenacity and new abilities.
Q Take Control/ Control Taken
Ja'tell dashes forward and grabs the first enemy he comes into contact with delivering a knee to the chest of his victim launching them into the air.
Ja'tell launches his chains forward grabbing the first enemy it comes into contact with and pulling the unfortunate soul to him delivering a knee to the chest of his victim breaking several ribs. While ribs are broken the weakened opponent takes 5% more damage from basic attacks and runs slower from the pain.
W Keeping Warm / Out Cold
Ja'tell's basic attacks passively generate health and while active taking damage generates more rage.
Ja'tell's basic attacks passively generate more health and slow the target but diminish his rage meter per hit.
E Fond Memories / Never Forget
Ja'tell remembers the day he was captured by Lissandra and gains increased tenacity for a short time.
Ja'tell, enraged with his memory of being frozen in ice, unable to breath, wishes the same for his victim. He launches his chain a short distance at a target and wraps it around their neck, choking and stunning the target for a short time while dealing damage for the duration.
R Tired of being Trapped / Fight for my people
Ja'rell, willed by the memories of Lissandra's capture of him, will not be captured again. Ja'tell breaks free of any crowd control effects (i.e. slows, stun, root) and kicks off the nearest enemy champion dealing massive damage and sending Ja'tell some distance away in the opposite direction of the target.
Ja'tell, knowing that Lissandra is controlling his people seeks to free their minds. Ja'tell clears de-buffs from all near by allies then sends his chains forward grabbing the 2 nearest enemy champions. Ja'tell pulls himself forward and the target with the lesser health toward him. Ja'tell then kicks off the weaker target sending them backwards where he came from and leaps forward toward the second target delivering a knee to the chest, delivering massive damage and stunning the target for some time.
Lore.
When Lissandra took control of the Frost-tribe she knew that there was only one man who could stand in her way. She wasn't counting on him being immortal. The very place she had gotten her powers is where Ja'tell had received his many many millennia ago. Ja'tell being an elder in his tribe and the oldest living man knew every single person in his tribe very well. When Lissandra came to him disguised as the leader of the frost tribe he had his suspicions but could not be sure. As such he challenged her behind closed doors. Without the knowledge of what he was up against Lissandra encased him in ice and banished him to a prison deep beneath the frozen tundra. Her last words to him "close your eyes and let the cold take you".
Many years of training and deliberating Ja'tell finally discovers a way out of the prison and seeks to expose the ice witch for who she truly is.
