Alternative names: High Council, Ascended or even...Arclight.

Skill Animation
Q Swirly bright white light with a golden/white sparky trail. A succesful hit spawns horizontal light circles that serve as a cage.
W A boiling hellfire pit.
E White or golden barrier, a bit similar to Kayle's ult!
R Morgana flies as soon as you press R with creepy thin ghostly arms, or chains just fine, reaching out and grabbing the target. White or golden light swords come crashing on the targets from the sky on a succesful stun, similar to smite but a much higher perspective.
Judging by the animations, VO to fit the skin and new texture model, this skin would be around legendary level. I was inspired by The Solar-Lunar Diana-Leona reversal, so I wanted to see a similar thing for Morgana and Kayle!
