Traditional Skins

Traditional skins were given for free to commemorate the fallen champions aka (Even though they only really put clothes on Sej...)

I understand that they were made to preserve their older identities however why haven't they left the vault? They are considered  Legecay Skins seeing as they were once in the store and can be obtained via Mystery Gift. I personally think they should be brought back temporarily. Sorta' like the World Game Event Skins. These skins were re-release temporarily because players that weren't around at said time of them being in the shop couldn't buy them, as in they either didn't play or weren't financially able/home or whatever the case was. I think it would be a good idea if the skins came back out shortly, especially since the three champions don't have the most skins. Also taking in the fact that Traditional Trundle is the only Trundle Skin with particle changes. I understand why they havent been released so far seeing as Riot may not want any backlash from former fans of the champions. But Trundle and Sejuani weren't changed too much. And if Pre-Relaunch Karma fans do complain, i dont understand why Riot couldn't just release this as an alternative: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dIqvAfsx-MU , maybe something similar could be done for Trundle and Sej? If not that, I would think banners would suffice.
