Neither of these skin concepts were made by me! However, they look AMAZING and I really think they'd work well with Annie. Especially Star Guardian.

yeah, a one piece would be the most likely choice. I doubt it'd be a leotard shape tho, for obvious reasons. I do like the adition of the inflatable tube too.

People just don't enjoy the "no fun allowed" mentality that's plaguing western society nowadays. I'd be intrigued by a PP Annie skin because kids perhaps reflect the carefree fun in the sun days the best, and it would be cool seeing Annie chilling out with some friends having fun.
As long as Riot remains tasteful and respectful (like they did with PP Zoe I would say) then I don't see the issue with the skin regardless of broad, meaningless statements like "semi naked". Like, you're semi naked if you're wearing shorts.
Saying this in advance, the impulses and actions of a minority should not stand on the way of artistic expression or integrity. The vast majority of consumer interests for something like this lies in reasons akin to my own,thise with more vested interest in perversion be damned

she'd literally just be naked on her arms and legs. do we need to rework every annie skin to put her into a full body costume like reverse tibbers for her to not be sexualised?
