Scarlet Est the Crimson Avenger
I am back guys and I am going to seriously make this character in my career. I made new updates to her skills as well as replaced some things cause now that I looked at her, she isn't really that aggressive as I imagined her to be so I moved a few things here and there. Have a look around and enjoy. ^^
Lore Scarlet Est has a dark past as to how she is now and in the situation she is in... She was once an innocent girl who always stayed by her brothers side after the lost of both their parents. Her brother was the one who saved her and is now venturing off with her to find a place to call home. They kept on exploring this vast world looking for a village or at least a house but none were in sight and soon... it started to rain. They both took shelter in a cave to keep out of the rain but her brother was starving so they both went deeper in the cave.
The deeper they went in the cave, the more they heard cries and explosions. As they approached cautiously, they noticed that the screams were Demacians who were getting killed and dragons who were making those explosions. They both ran but... -silence- Scarlet turned around to see if her brother was with her but all she did was gasp and cry. Her brother was stabbed by a Demacian sword that was set flying from the combat. Scarlet dragged her brother a few more meters away and then tried pulling out the sword... but it was futile for Scarlet was to weak to pull it out. "Its to late for me sis" -coughs blood- "Run while you still can and take my stuff". Scarlet started crying silently and hugged her brother tightly. No words were spoken after that... just death and clashing noises in the background. Soon after, Scarlet was swooped by a strong force and was hiddened in a pile of dead bodies. Scarlet tried to get out, but she couldn't move due to her fragile body. Scarlet was hopeless once more and fainted.
Scarlet woke up after the battle was over and noticed an opening. She crawled out but what she saw wasn't pleasing. There were corpses all over the place. She soon started looking for her brother but was interrupted by a voice she never heard before. "I am sorry for your loss and I noticed to see that those humans killed your companion so I saved your life... but my life is nearly at its end so i would like to ask a favor of you." Scarlet looked at who was speaking and it was a dragon who was seriously injured in combat. Scarlet cried and said "What other choice do I have... I lost everything..." The dragon crawled up in front of her and said "I want you to avenge me and your companion against those pesky humans who dare kill our loved ones." Scarlet questioned herself on how to exact revenge with her fragile body. "I shall give you my power and my blood to your left hand so u can exact revenge for us all... now take out my heart and spill my heart's blood on your left hand." Scarlet was sad but there was no other choice so she looked for a sword... but all she could find was the one on her brother's chest. She cried and said sorry to his brother and used all her might to pull it out. Scarlet pulled it out after 4 tries and followed the dragon's demands. The dragon died in a quietly manner and as the dragon said, Scarlet poured the heart's blood on her hand and she screamed.
The blood burned her left hand and she tried to shake it off but it was futile. soon after the burning stopped but she was still bleeding intensively. She took out her bandage and wrapped her left hand but the bleeding wouldn't stop. Scarlet didn't know what to do so until she tried to grab a rock but her blood transformed into a sword and cutted the ground and the rock before she made contact with it. She was shocked but then knew what the dragon meant. Scarlet grabbed the Demacian sword, but it seems her power isn't so stable yet. Her blood made a sword once more and sliced the Demacian sword in half. She was stunned but thought of an idea. She used her blood to fill in half of the split Demacian sword so make twin swords. This idea made the Demacian sword lighter for faster swings. She then ventured off to exact revenge for her brother.
After 7 years avenging her brother, Scarlet totally became a new person. With the objective to exact revenge against all things, she has lost her innocent eyes and her survival instincts increased dramatically. Scarlet became a murderer running around killing anything or anyone in her path without saying a single thing to her enemies. People that survive her attacks report that all they say was a crimson red color and a coded black color slashing their comrades. They soon called this murderer the Crimson Avenger. The Demacians sent a platoon of soldiers to deal with her but didn't sent a general thinking its just a regular murderer... But they were wrong. Scarlet killed the platoon of soldiers and stood on top of their dead bodies and said with a empty look on her face "Everyone should just disappear." everyone who were witnesses were annihilated on the spot.
Scarlet Est still wonders... wondering why does this world exist... why did her family have to die... but... she knows one thing... that she must avenge her brother and the dragon who gave her powers with her two blood-stained swords.
Appearance/Personality She wields two swords, one is a black Demacian sword due to all the blood that has been on the sword while the other is a pure red sword made of blood. Her left hand is bandaged up and she summons her blood sword with her left hand with the bandage as a handle for her sword. She has a black glove or gauntlet and a shoulder pad on her right side. Her chest part is a lightweighted chestplate with an undershirt and a black coat. She wears shorts with long socks and boots. Her hair is a black innocent color. She is a really cold hearted person and does everything in a lazy way due to always doing things over and over the way she knows. She knows nothing about happiness and other girly stuff except for survivalness and how to fight since she has no one to teach her from her childhood. She is childish once in a while but she doesn't really show it to anyone. Just so you know, I think I got the cooldown increase mixed up with decrease... Oh and Scarlet is a blood user. **Passive: Blade of Regeneration/ Blade of Destruction ** Every three skills she uses, her next ability will heal 15%/20%/27%/30%/33% of the damage done to the enemy to herself as well as have no health cost or cooldown cost on that current skill. Every 3 Blade of regeneration skills, her next ability will cost 20%/17%/15%/13%/11% more of her maximum health for the price of increasing the skills damage by 11%/13%/15%/17%/20%. After Blade of Destruction has been used, her next skill will automatically be a Blade of Regeneration.
Q: Crusader's Slash Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 When she uses her Q skill, she throws a phantom sword made by her strength spinning towards the direction she throws it at. The skill goes in a straight line hitting and pushing along enemies with it like a moving wall. This skill will not push the enemy if their speed is greater then this skill, it will simply subtract their speed with this skill's speed. This skills moves as fast as a skill shot but will slow down by 50% when hitting something. Every time you level this skill, this skill's speed increases by 10. This skill hits you 10 times per second for 3-5 seconds (depends on how long you charge it). This move drains the user's maximum health 10%/8.5%/7.5%/6.5%/5% - 20%/17%/15%/13%/10% (depends on how long you charge it). This skill moves farther the longer you charge it. This skill does a total of 60/70/80/90/100(+10% AD) AD damage per second. W: Drain Block Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Her W is a dual-wielding block that lasts for 1.5 seconds draining any damage she takes into a sword slash wave that does mixed damage upon clicking W again while blocking. Her W has a passive where she can have a maximum of 3 orbs of damage she has drained. Each stack is how much damage she drained in the 1.5 seconds or the minimum amount of 100/150/200/250/300. She can hold up to three stacks of drained damage from blocking then no more damage drain but just reduces the damage by 5%/6%/7.5%/9%/10%. Her W W sword slash has three forms which depends on how many stacks she has. If one, then a cone ranged sword slash wave attack that does the amount of damage that she drained. If two, then the same cone with a larger range with the two stacks absorbed damage together. And her third orb is the same thing but with just improved cone range. She can only block the direction she is facing. and can still basic attack while blocking. If you use a skill while blocking, her blocking will cancel and will go on coodown. Her W cooldown increases by how much damage is absorbed. 100/150/200/250/300 damage drained increases cooldown by 5. E: Twin Slash Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Her E does AD damage in front of her in a cone range that does 50/75/100/125/150(+40% AD) damage to her enemies. If you hold E for 2 seconds, then she gains a stack of Twin Slash which means she has a stored in Twin slash ready to use. So you can twin slash and twin slash again for extra damage. But be careful for storing one doubles the cooldown for storing it only. This skills drains the user's maximum health by 10%/8.5%/7.5%/6.5%/5%. R: Dive or Die Cooldown: 60/56/52/48/44 Her R has two activations. Her first R makes her dive in with her two swords in front that can stab an enemy doing 50/75/100/125/150(+25% AD) AD damage and root the enemy for 0.75/0.90/1/1.10/1.25 second. If her first hit doesn't land, then the cooldown is reduced by half. Her second activation can only be activated if you hit an enemy with this skill. Upon her second activation, she will take her blades out of the enemy but not by pulling out, but by slicing the enemy in half reducing their armor by 5%/7.5%/10%/12.5%/15% and stealing the enemies maximum health by 10%(+10% AD) to heal herself while leaving the enemy with a mischievous wound for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds. This skill drains the user's maximum health by 10%/8.5%/7.5%/6.5%/5%.
Stats I don't know if her stats are balanced right now but you can suggest some to me because she is supposed to have a lot of life and a lot of attack speed but have no armor n magic resist n damage. since this champion that I'm making is still a work in progress but I do know some. Health 628(+90) Health Regen 7(+0.8) Mana 0(+0) Mana Regen 0(+0) Attack Damage 55(+4) Attack Speed 0.798(+3%) Armor 25(+1.2) Magic Resist 35(+1.2) Movement Speed 355 Her difficultly will be to the max due to her play style.

Just a reminder she is still a work in progress but this is all I have of her that I made up so far so if you have any ideas, then I would be happy to listen and at first she was way too op so I made a bunch of fixes myself.
