Alchai, The Hermit
Alchai the hermit is a Yordle jungler, similar to ideas thrown around before now. However, Alchai is a hermit, who was shunned by her people and has remained in solitude ever since. Similar to
, she would have a similar design, except be dressed in mostly browns and greens. She is an alchemist who focuses on enhancing herself using potions and brews she herself creates.
Passive: Alchai's Passive is 'Solitude'. After being out of champion combat for 10 seconds, Alchai recieves health regen equal to 0.5% of her maximum health per second. As well, she gains movement speed.
Q: Alchai's Q is 'Flaming Concoction'. Alchai throws a potion, causing damage at a target location which, after three seconds or when an enemy or monster steps in the radius, ignites, dealing damage.
W: Alchai's W is 'Strange Brew'. Every summoner spell Alchai uses, each large monster kill, and each champion kill grants one charge. At three charges, Alchai can activate her W, temporarily replacing her ward slot with a 'strange brew'. When used, Alchai gains +10% movement speed, attack speed, and leaves a trail of poisonous brew behind her.
E: Passive: Alchai's E is 'Gather herbs'. At each monster camp and on the last minion of every wave, a herb will be there. Once Alchai kills this minion, it will drop it's herb, allowing her to walk onto it and pick it up, granting her health regen, similar to a
. Active: When Alchai activates her E, she grows a vine of ivy that allows her to spring through walls and over distances.
R: Alchai's R is 'Hermit's Wrath'. Alchai becomes invulnerable for 3 seconds, hurling brews of different kinds, which either freeze all enemies for 2 seconds, ignite all enemies, or deal large amounts of damage. They land in a hexagon around her, plus in a line in whatever direction she was facing. As well, enemies near Alchai are feared, and dealt extra damage. This would look similar to a
ultimate, except less range and more AOE.
Design: Alchai would be wearing rags, with a gnarled old staff and larger-that-life eyes. She would normally walk around with her cane hunched over, although perhaps when she uses her W she could stand up and rush forward. She wouldn't be a furry yordle, but would have long draping green hair.

The E is cool, though the Ult seems generic and ill-suited for an alchemist. Also why would it have a Fear element, if she's not all that spooky (or a meat grinder.)
