Question: MF's Q (Double Up)

I haven't played Miss Fortune for long, but I do remember her skill saying that on both hits it apply on hit effects. But recently I just played a game with her and read the description and it isn't there so I didn't build the usual Tri-Force on her (which is great in my opinion since she has ap ratios on her Q now). Anyway later on after I got boots and I.E I bought static shiv and shot a Q noticing that shiv proc'd. So my question is does her Q proc everything like it should or was there a typo on her ability description?

Active: Miss Fortune fires a shot through an enemy to hit an enemy behind them, dealing physical damage to the first target and increased physical damage to the second, applying on-hit effects to both.

Both Q shots will apply on-hit effects. Things like a trinity proc, or shiv, will be consumed by the first hit, and not there for the second. On-hits like lifesteal, black cleaver, wit's end, nashor's tooth, (not procs) will apply on both hits.
