Potential champion idea?!

Wouldn't it be cool if Riot made a female champion that was probably a ninja and had one or two big fans as weapons and every time she casted a spell rose or almond petals would pop out from her fan or something like that? I've said this to so many people that like lol and every time I get the same response "what you're describing is old Karma"... NOOOOO she is far from old Karma. She is more of a Da Qiao champion (she is a character from the series Dynasty Warriors which Riot loves because some if not all of the Warrior Kingdoms skins are inspired by it). Idk dawg this idea to me seems so basic and idek why Riot hasn't made one champion like that yet. Even when it comes to lore I think she could be a great Ionian character that could control the air and maybe have a crush on Yasuo?! ;) ;)
