So basically I got this idea going, of a champion that could be a strong top laner, as well as a strong support.

The main idea is there, but I still need create the lore, and make a splash art that represent what I'd like it to look like. WE FOUND THE NAME GUYS! Thanks to SpiderWolf, who gave the idea of translating english words into latin ones, to get a pretty badass name. So the name is Caro Linke, The king of chains. Caro linke originally was Flesh Links translated into latin for Caro Links.

Caro Linke, The king of chains

Passive : Speed Sap - For each chained ally or ennemy, gains 3/5/7% movement speed.

Q : Bitter Chain - Throws a chain at the first ennemy unit hit, slowing him by 10/11/12/13/15% and dealing 40/60/80/100/120 (+40% of bonus AD) physical damage over three seconds. If the ennemy moves too far away, the chain will break. Multiple instances of this spell can stack. This ability gains a charge once every 10/9/8/7/6 seconds up to a maximum of three charges. (Costs 20/30/40/50/60 HP per Bitter Chain)

W: Chain Break - Swings his sword around him after a slight delay, dealing 60/90/120/150/180 (+25% of total AD) physical damage. The sword breaks all the chains that bonds Caro Linke to the ennemies, dealing 20/30/40/50/60 bonus damage per instance of chain. Chain Break has a cooldown of 9 seconds at all ranks. (Costs **50/60/70/80/90 HP **)

**E (Passive) ** : Life Grasp - For each 1% of health missing, increases his healings by 0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8/1%.

R : Flesh Link - Bonds himself to an ally with a chain, mitigating 20/30/40% (Not entirely sure about these numbers) of the damage he takes back to Caro Linke, as physical damage. He can bond with multiples allies at the same time. The ally he is bond to gains the movement speed from Caro Linke's passive. The chain lasts 15 seconds. If the ally he is bond to moves too far away, the chain will break. This ability gains a charge once every 90/70/50 seconds up to a maximum of three charges. (Costs 100/150/200 HP per Flesh Link)

So, let's talk about more specific subjects, concerning Caro Linke:

Strengths

  • Good Damage
  • Great Sustain,
  • Good Mobility,
  • Can tank for his allies,
  • Provides decent slows and movement speed boosts,
  • Good engaging and team fight potential.

Weaknesses

  • No Hard CC
  • No range whatsoever
  • No harrassing
  • Poor laning phase.

Laning Phase Caro Linke's spells cost HP, which means he won't be able to harrass a lot in the early stage of the game. but when he'll get his level 3, he's gonna be able to deal tons of damage in a single burst with his Q and W combo, and then back up to heal himself with his E. Since he doesn't have a lot of poke, he would be more likely to stay behind a bit, and farm safely. When he gets his level 6, then best Caro Linke could do is to roam around and force engage fights, since his ultimate doesn't permit him to duel anyone.

Team fighting Caro Linke would provide a solid engage for the team fights, due to the slow he can inflict to the ennemy team, and the movement speed boost he's according to his. Plus he could tank for his carries as well as dishing out a bit of damage. He could disengage as well, since the slow he puts on the ennemy would give him and his allies a movement speed bonus.

Taking Objectives Caro Linke cannot siege whatsoever. Tho, he can still force fights, even under tower due to the tankiness he can provide to his allies with his R, and close the gap between him and his foes with his Q.

Challenges for the player The challenge for the player in my opinion would be to learn to manage his HP. I know this sounds really stupid, since HP management is a core to league of legends, but this champion would take it to the next level. He could tank for his allies, taking a percentage of the damage they would take, up to three allies simultaneously. With his E, he would heal up a lot, I agree, but he still would have to keep in mind that he has to manage the damage he takes, plus his wonderful carries.

Ennemy challenge Learn to focus properly. Since Caro Linke can tank for his allies, it makes it more difficult for the ennemy to judge whether they should take down the tank first, or the carries. If they try taking down the tank, they're getting killed by the carries. But if they try killing the carries, they will be upset to see that the carry is now a tank. WHAT TO DO?

Thank you guys for your replies, suggestions are always welcome!

For real I like the concept and I think if Riot sees this they can do something about it and maybe add him to the game. By the way I hope you do the splash art soon !
