New Ultimate Skin Idea

I have recently read the dev post about the possibility of new ultimate skins. In the post they talk about no new ideas (that are unique enough) that could warrant an ultimate skin. With that being said...

My idea for said skin would be one for Mordekaiser. Since his rework they have removed his interaction with dragons, and I feel as if it is an opportunity lost. I think making a skin that changes upon what dragons your team has killed would make for an interesting (and more interactive as riot is looking for) skin. The same idea could be used for Shyvana, but I think it would fit Mord since the removal of his dragon interaction. The skin could change depending on the combination of drakes your team has. Kill fire drake get a new helmet, kill ocean a new chectplate, etc. The visual effects of his abilities could also change with such effect.

Just an idea so let me know what you think. Hoping someone in the riot art department sees this.
