Well isn't this the darkest teaser Riot has released to date.
So the hints we've got are pieces of other skins.

Judging by the teaser, this one takes place in a Universe where 
and 
(Teemo's fellow soldiers) died, with Teemo having witnessed at least Corki's death. The skin seems like a mixture of PTSD, and the fact that without Tristana, Teemo started going down the 
path of insanity again.
