Deep Sea Vel'Koz

I'm pretty sure that this idea has been come up with before, but here is my idea. It will basically be a blue octopus version of Vel'Koz. It has the same number of eyes as Vel'Koz, but they are blue. He now has 8 tentacles instead of 3, and they have some suction cups on them. Now lets talk about his abilities. His passive will be a blue starfish shaped mark on his enemies. His Q will be a small cluster of bubbles that will pop on impact. His W will be a patch of water that shoots up during the second damage tick. His E is a large bubble that is created on the ground that pops and knocks enemies up. Finally, his ult will be him firing a jet of black ink at his enemies.
