New Champion, Iyasu.

Iyasu was a graduate from the Ionian Sword school. While in school, he met another swordsman named Yone. They spent their time together, training and fighting. Eventually, he developed feelings for Yone, after the Noxus invasion, having Yasuo charged of killing the Elder, Yone set out to fight Yasuo. Soon after receiving new that Yone has been slain, Iyasu has set upon revenge. Alas, he knew he was not yet powerful enough to face Yasuo. Therefore he sought out power from Karthus, the Deathsinger. After consulting with him, he received the Death Blade Kakinisshouku, but he does not know that there is a ancient demon soul trapped in Kakinisshouku. Having his sword, Kakinisshouku, he sought out to kill Yasuo. If he were to succeed in killing Yasuo, the demon trapped in Kakinisshouku would emerge from the blade and devour the world.

Passive: Kakinisshouku, Cannot basic attack if blade is sheated. Sheathed if out of combat for 4 seconds. If Kakinisshouku kill a unit, Iyasu will gain +2 Ability Power.

Q: Forbidden Death Art, Biyukishin, Preforms 3 attacks, all dealing magic damage. If sword is sheathed before using Biyukishin, The first attack will deal extra magic damage depending on level. Cooldowns: 11/9/7/6.6/5/3.7

W: Forbidden Death Art, Kasanagi, Kakinisshouku will develop a shield absorbing damage. If sword is sheathed before using Kasanagi, Kasanagi will shield Iyasu for more depending on level. Cooldowns: 14/12.7/11/9/7/5

E: Forbidden Death Art, Kuruyami, Kakinisshouku will send a demon to catch any target when fired(Range is a little shorter than Zenith Blade, Will not go through minions). If it catches will pull target to Iyasu, dealing magic damage on impact. If sword is sheathed before using Kuruyami, will still pull the target to Iyasu, and Iyasu will preform a stike dealing magic damage. Cooldowns: 12/10/9/8/7/4

R: Ultimate Death Art: Shikiyoma, Iyasu summons the demonic power within Kakinisshouku, sends a shockwave out, stunning enemies for 3 seconds. Then he charges his sword preforming one strike and travels behind them. His sword is then sheathed and can active his skills to full use.

Skill costs will drain health to activate. Plus he will be pretty squishy.

Hoping that this will end up being a character of League. I was thinking his picture would be some badass samurai will his swagged out wheat hat, and his cool blade. That would be amazing fan artwork. Maybe even somebody might draw one, I don't know... Would like to see the artwork if they do. Please take this champion idea into consideration.
