Twitch riding a boat while he's stealthed is cool, but kinda awkward.
His ultimate doesn't feel right, why does he start throwing sails? First the sails would be very large for projectiles, too large. Second twitch uses a crossbow so switching from a crossbow, to a hammer, to a throwing weapon is strange. As said below, I think a harpoon would be cooler.
The one thing this skin lacks is why. This theme would work on any champion, but why would it be extra cool on Twitch? For example, Dragon Master works on many champions, but for Swain it would be VERY cool because he turns into a dragon AND has a dragon with him. Most other dragon masters only have a dragon as a pet with them, but Swain gets the awsome bonus of turning into one.
