New Jungle Champion

I have created a new champion for League of Legends. My creation contains the lore, the place and the abilities. I know this champion will probably never make it to the real game but I might as well try :/

                                                                                                         **Muuhes**

The perfect pickpocket creature “Am I invisible or ist thy blind?”

Lore: Far up in the highest parts of Bilgewater, there is wandering a creature whose body is very small and mortal while its soul can not be destroyed. Not even the gods and goddesses of Runeterra are able to find its soul. This creature name was Muuhes. Muuhes was created by death in order to collect souls from humans all around Bilgewater and Iona. There were more of these creatures wandering around in other parts of Runeterra to do their job for death. It was given dragon wings to fly sincerely fast, claws to tear human bodies apart and devil eyes to lure souls out of the body. With his long peak he captured them. When Muuhes lost his luggage, which had to be delivered for death, he would be torchered so he wouldn’t lose it again. For centuries Muuhes collected his souls. Untill one day the Noxian sould deliverer didn’t come back to death. Death would be punished by the gods and godesses if he lost one of his creatures. He decided to enprison Muuhes and the others untill they are dead. Muuhes lost all his gains, he could steal souls no more. But when death found the noxian creature and tried to enprison it, Muuhes escaped and disappeared in front of death his eyes. Death killed all other soul stealing creatures and has given up the search for Muuhes. Muuhes had flown back to Bilgewater and hid himself from death so he could not be illuminated. He is still able to steal from humans, only not their souls this time. Muuhes had gathered many jewels and gold in his secret hiding place. Muuhes was alone fora long time untill he found a master, a familiar face…..

Story: (I don't know anything yet but it must have something to do with gangplank and Muuhes, because Gangplank is the familiar person.)

Abilities: Q. Thiefery Muuhes goes invisible for five seconds. He has five seconds to find an enermy champion he can pickpocket 20 (can be increased when leveling up) gold from. stealing means that the enermy champion gets -10 gold while Muuhes gets +20 gold (Muuhes enermies always lose half of the stolen money.) When invisible you'll see Muuhes footsteps very rarely on the ground to try and spot him. He will not be found on the mini map then. When damaged or when he uses an ability Muuhes becomes visible.

W. Peak dash Muuhes dashes forward. Hitting enermies with his peak while dashing. Whenever an enermy is hit they will be slowed for 2 seconds (reducesspeed with 15%). The dash length can be increased when leveling up. He will not be able to dash over walls.

E. Sould Barrier Muuhes can grant himself or allies a sould shield which grants +50 armour and +20 magic resist. Hwne cast on allies, Muuhes leaps towards them and when cast on himself a speedboost (+15% speed) for 8 seconds.

R. Speed Flight For the initial 1.5 seconds after casting your ult, you gain 30% movement speed, but are unable to attack or cast abilities. Then you dash toward the way you are facing dealing damage to enermies you cross. you can hop over walls with this ability.

Passive. Peaking gold Each fifth auto-attack Muuhes unlocks +3 gold for each auto-attack for 3 seconds. After 3 seconds Muuhes is able to stack to five auto-attacks

Muuhes is mainly a jungler and an assasin but you can try other lanes as well. Please try to help me with a story for this champions or other improvements.

Just wondering what you want to achieve with this ult. He is an assassin, but a big cc? I think those abilities should be for tanks/supports (so if you decide to make another concept, you should still use this, but it isn't an ideal ability for assassins)

You said he should be an assassin. I'll assume his w does damage, but that is the only ability in his kit that can do damage. It is true that he will hit his power spikes earlier than anyone due to his extra golds, but that also means he will fall off very hard late game.

His q is strongly encouraging him to invade the enemy jungle, but he wouldn't be able to :

  1. His only damagin spell, w, has to have a long cd, since it is mobility, damage, and cc all in one.
  2. His q is like a worse version of shaco's (not saying they are similar, they are very different indeed). He has to find an enemy champion to gain from this ability. It might be better if you let his next auto do something like 20% of his current gold as bonus damage (so it kinda makes sense why he can gain extra gold from so many sources). This also allows his late game to be a little better, especially after full build
  3. His kit (besides passive) is honestly more like a support's kit. He can shield, he can taunt, he can go invisible and start a wombo combo with his adc. If you want him to be jungler, his e should probably enhance the offensive stats of the person used on instead of the defensive stats, and that will speed up his jungle clear.

Well, really nice concept. Honestly this is one of the first concept I saw that is playing with gold, and it has great potential.
