Brand or Xerath?

So I'm really good with mages and such, but I am stumped between Brand and Xerath.. I know Brand isn't as powerful as he used to be, and they have buffed Xerath pretty hard too. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks (: .

I love both but being competitive i would say Xerath.

Well, one of them is competitively viable.

The other's victory relies on the opponent getting cocky and making dumb mistakes because they are going up against Brand...
