So, the Prestige SG Neeko Skin. Is It Real?

I've seen a lot of sources online suggesting that an SG Neeko skin is in the works, which is believable. But they all also say she's the next Prestige skin, following Irelia! Is this true?

If you look up "Prestige Neeko" you will probably come across some of the source I'm referencing. I know LoL Garena posted an article leaking it, but that article was quickly removed and while you can still find the link, the page is empty.

So does anyone know about the legitimacy of this? I main Neeko and love her to death--I already have 100 Prestige Points saved up and would love to spend them on her skin, since SG won't have an event and any Prestige skin from it would have to be purchasable via Prestige Points.
