So, the Prestige SG Neeko Skin. Is It Real?

I've seen a lot of sources online suggesting that an SG Neeko skin is in the works, which is believable. But they all also say she's the next Prestige skin, following Irelia! Is this true?

If you look up "Prestige Neeko" you will probably come across some of the source I'm referencing. I know LoL Garena posted an article leaking it, but that article was quickly removed and while you can still find the link, the page is empty.

So does anyone know about the legitimacy of this? I main Neeko and love her to death--I already have 100 Prestige Points saved up and would love to spend them on her skin, since SG won't have an event and any Prestige skin from it would have to be purchasable via Prestige Points.

Well according to the leak from the GAreana server yes Neeko will get a prestige skin. They didn't say the thematic but people assume it's SG. We will find out those leaked plans soon though as Riot planned to release some info this week.

Do you know when we might be seeing this released (as in, how many patches from now?), or at least announced (splash art and stuff)? It'll be after the PROJECT event goes into client, of course, but I already dropped $100 on RP to buy this Prestige skin!

It might be in 9.16 which should hit the PBE tomorrow, so two weeks from now for the live servers if it is her skin in there.

I suppose not--unlucky. I imagine the Star Guardian things will be coming out in a bit, as to not overshadow or take away revenue from the PROJECT event.

Well I don't think that'd matter. Riot does many popular skins / events, I don't really see how one would take away from the other. Especially since the project event will have ended, and star guardians is just a skin release (no event this year)
