add loading screen Animation

to add the dancing Katarina (the one thath would show when u buy something), in the loading screen as indicator to know if we crashed in the loading screen (if she stops dancing).

if u crash in the loading screen u get stuck in there and the game never loads, when u dont know if u crashed things get hard, till u figure u can already have missed 5 mins of game (the game mite even get remaded)!
