Some tanky attack speed items

Suggestion items! The items doesn't stack together like hydra's! "New tanky items gives atk spd and no ap or ad" Why I created? Bcs there's some tanky champions need atk spd.. Shen Volibear Braum Tahm...etc that will be very nice to have some atk spd on ur tank.. At least frozen malet gonna be more buyable in game. And sure there's three unique passives for each item.. 1st unique passive - one decreases the armor for physical item and the other one decreases the magic resist for magical item, and sure not a lot, we need it just to help our team deal more dmg. 2nd unique passive - to get good attack speed u need to deal more basic attacks, basic states gives u less attack speed, only with full stacks u'll get good attack speed. 3rd unique passive - only u can deal more dmg if u build HP items, and sure need to calculated to not that much dmg. "just to be fair dmg for tanky class" I really need ur help guys, and I need ur opinions for sure, I have more suggestions about items and gameplay. Next time I'll try to change items that gives u mana, to make it more useful for energy and HP cost champions, and even for champions that don't need to cost mana.
