accessing the store

Well, when I try to access the "champions" after clicking on it. It says that the session is expired. This has been going on for quite some time. I have logged in and out of the league client like it asks. But, it still does not work. I try to buy thing outside of the store but, it simply will not allow me to do so. I'm very upset about this.
