Project Chromas?

I feel as if the project event was let down a little. I am a Jhin main currently and love his project skin. But I notice he had no chromas while all these other skins do. I notice that hes not the only one with a project skin and no chroma to it. It would feel as if the Project skins would be the most logical to have chromas as they are futuristic suits. Why would they not allow it to change color? I think it would be awesome to see more colors in them. Like a taste the rainbow kind of thing.
